The Facilities Department of the Montrose Area School District is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds at all of our school locations, overseeing building improvements, capital projects, and construction oversight. A dedicated team of maintenance, custodial and grounds personnel ensure our classrooms are ready for learning every day. If you are interested in using our facilities, please use the link to our Facilities Request Portal. By submitting a facilities use request you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all district policies and regulations governing facilities use, including Board Policy 707: Use of School Facilities.
Please note the primary purpose of the facilities is to support the education of the students and as such cannot permit non-school activities to interfere with that purpose. In all cases, school related activities shall have priority of use of all facilities
